Cant find the operator

A home owner from Tampa, FL says:
I can't find this operator and was wondering if you could help me. I can get all the dimensions except for the arm length. It looks to be between 2 and 2¹/8 inches. I have no idea what manufacturer is. The House was built in 1967 I think they are the original windows. Thanks for the help in advance. Length from center bolt hole to center bolt hole is 5 1/4 inches. The distance between the bottom bolt holes is 1¹/8. Let me know if you need anything else.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

I have a few suggestions on your operator. I can't tell from the photo if the Link arm has a Threaded hole at the end or just a plan hole. If it has a plain hole which is not threaded take a look at the 39-012. If it has a Threaded hole at the end of the link arm take a look at the 39-252 or the 39-025 operator with the threaded sector at the end. Take a look at these suggested operators and get back to us with some thoughts.
