Thanks for posting. This looks like an older version of the 15-215 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is used in the Series 140 Coil Balance assemblies. To know what assembly you need, you need to determine the weight each balance assembly supports. To determine this, look for a stamp somewhere on the balance spring. If there is none or you are unsure, give us the exact weight of the window sash that these balances support, and we can work it out for you.
