A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
Looking for replacement parts for a single hung Capitol window. About 21 years old and springs are breaking. Not sure of the weight or model.

Hello there. This is a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. For a new coil support and cover, see the 15-182 and 15-186. Let me know if you have any other questions about this hardware.

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
Thanks Bob , do I need a balance bushing if replacing coil spring? Also how do I determine which coil to buy, I would like to fix a few windows at my house they are the same size.
Thanks Joe

Bob from SWISCO responded:

If your old bushing is still in good condition then you can reuse it without issue. As for which Series 190 spring to use, you will need to reference the stamp printed on the original to pick the best match.

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
Thanks for all the help Bob , one last question, could you point me in a direction for screen clips that hold the screens in ?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

I'm not sure exactly what clips your screen uses, but you can see our full selection here. Seeing a picture of one of your existing clips may also help me narrow down the list of possibilities.
