Casement Window operator

A quick learner from Wisconsin says:
The operator is loose and has a lot of play in it when the window is open. Would like to replace.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see the base and handle over the operator, as well as the end of the arm detached from the bottom of the sash, to compare to our inventory. Please also write out the length of the operator's arm that moves the sash. From there, we should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

A quick learner from Wisconsin says:
The length of the operator arm is 7-1/2" from the end to the line on the arm where the arm bends down.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for getting back to us. The only operators that we carry with an offset arm like yours is the 39-412 and 39-413, which have an upward offset. Take a look and review the specifications below to see if this could work for your application.
