Casement arm sagging

I have a D Series Clad Case/Awn JEL-N-330 bronze that the arm appears to sag quite a bit, wheel may also be worn, and it drops out every time it passes the removal slots. Can this be adjusted, or do you have the replacement part. There are 3 and the other 2 are fine.

It does look very similar to Swisco 39-413

What I have done in some cases is to bend the arm up a little. As long as the roller end is not worn, that should keep it up into the track. Remove the operator from the window and, while holding the body of the operator, grab the arm and bend it up just a little at a time until the window operates properly.

The amount of bending I needed was significant. I ended up inserting a small/thin piece of plastic under the outside edge and luckily it was the perfect thickness.

Roller was significantly worn/chewed up.

Thanks
