Casement latch plastic strikers

A quick learner from California says:

The lever latch mechanism grabs onto three plastic pieces. Each plastic piece attaches to the window by 2 screws. The plastic pieces have disintegrated and that doesn't allow the window to fully seal shut after the lever is moved down. Are the plastic pieces available? Thank you!
