Arm length is approximately 8 and a 1/2 inches long. Handle section is 4 inches. Wide color is white window swings out to the right period please give pricing on left hand and right hand operator thank you

Hello,

I would recommend starting by looking over the 39-028E and 39-027E to see if these will work for you. The arms measure 9-1/2" long measured from the center of the gear as shown below. I suspect these are newer versions of your old-style assembly but the dimensions would be the determining factor.
