Casement tie bar

A quick learner from Maine says:

I am in need of some missing parts from a window that has been purchased.
This window has no hardware at all.

Enclosed are the pictures of some hardware from another window that has all of the parts. The tie bar I'm showing only has one cone, so I guess the matching window with no hardware should get the same. I might have to get a longer tie bar and cut it.
Would that be correct?

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! I am not certain you would need to cut a tie bar for compatibility with your window. We may be able to supply you with the replacement you need but I'll need to see a photo of the entire tie bar, in one photo. Please also confirm the exact length of the bar.

In the meantime, the casement operator you have pictured here is the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator, the opposite handed version is the 39-031. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, be sure to review and compare the dimensions below.

These operators are compatible with the 39-107 Truth Hardware Cover along with the 39-114L non-folding or 39-205 folding crank handles. Another replacement option is the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and cover kit.

Also keep in mind, since the window is missing hardware, you may also need the 39-505 11-3/8" EntryGard Track. You may also need either the 39-509 or 39-510 Clip-Stud Bracket. If these are not a match for you existing bracket, I'll need to see a photo of it.

The lock you have pictured here appears to be the 38-100 RH Truth Lock Assembly, the left handed assembly is the 38-099. Again, look over the dimensions to confirm this is the right fit for your repairs.

The tie bar guide appears to be the 39-448.
