Casement window

A quick learner from Minneapolis says:

Apologies for lack of proper verbiage:

-Lock slider mechanism has a couple plastic pieces broken off, needing replacement.

-Window crank works fine

-10" Slider on the bottom labeled 'A' is completely rusted and needs replacement

-Possible pin needed to reattach crank operator to window

Thanks for reaching out to us! It sounds like you need a new hinge and stud bracket. I recommend you have a look at the 36-048 as well as the 39-513 and 39-514. Look over the specifications for these parts and see what you think. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
