Casement window Lift Block and Mechanism

Thanks for reaching out to us! That little block appears to be a match for our 67-020. I think this may be what you want, but you should review our dimensions to verify. I'll share them at the end of this post for your convenience.

As for the lock, your model is an older, discontinued part. I don't think it's been made in many years. The good news is offer a few modern replacements that should work just as well, depending on size. Start with our 38-095 and 38-139. These look the closest to my eye, but we do have a small handful of other options if neither of these line up.
