Casement window crank

A quick learner from New Mexico says:
The gear appears to have broken so it no longer holds the actuator. Except for removing the wooden trim it was simple to remove. Especially with the actuator arm off.
Four screws hold the crank mechanism in place.
No markings and no clue as to the window manufacturer.
