Thanks for reaching out to us! Actually, I think the 39-253LB is what you want. This operator uses the 39-529 (sold separately) which I believe is what I see in the fourth photo here. We also sell the compatible 39-451 cover and handle. As for the hinge set, we recommend the 36-048 but be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.
