Casement window lock

A home owner from Chicago says:
Hello, I need a lock replacement for the casement window. I'm attaching two photos, one good and one bad for your reference. Which part should I be ordering? Also the window is currently in locked in position, is there a way I can open the window? Thanks

Jasmine from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement handle and escutcheon. However, I'll need to see your existing hardware removed from the window to confirm.

Unfortunately, the photo of the part installed in the window does not provide enough information to determine if there is a replacement we can offer.

Are you able to remove the hardware from the window?
