Casement window operator broken

A quick learner from Ossining, NY says:
Hey my casement window opens half way then the operator loses its grip and the window gets stuck. I am attaching photos of the window. Can you please tell me if you sell the replacement part?

Thank you,

Louis

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey Louis. This looks either the 39-253RB or 39-439B dual arm operators. The difference between these two operators is in the appendage at the end of the straight arm; the video below explains more. In either case, for a new cover and handle, see either our 39-376 or 39-452, depending on the style you prefer. Also see if you need to replace the track: either our 39-566 or 39-528, depending on your setup. Let me know if you have further questions.
