Hello, I agree that your hardware resembles the Certainteed 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. You would need to remove the coil springs from the window to determine if the stamp code matches the 405 strength option that you purchased previously. Also, please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the pivot shoe down to install it in the window jamb. As for the pivot bar, unfortunately, I can't be sure of what you need since the part shown in your photos is broken. If you could show us an intact version of the part removed from the other side or an identical window in the house, that would help us point you in the right direction.
