Hi there, Steve.

We'd be happy to help with this but we'll need more information. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings?

I'm not sure if we'll be able to help with the lock, however. It's a very old style but knowing the written distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center, will allow us to confirm.

Sorry for not getting back sooner, I had to arrange to get back to the condo to take some photos...but i have a photo of the whole length of the track, and a close up of each end along with a tape measure showing the length of it.

Thanks so much for the additional photos! My recommendation is either the Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. I also recommend the 3420 option based on the stamp.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the lock. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
