Thanks for reaching out to us. It's hard to say from these photos but the top fitting shown here reminds me of the 19-011. Would it be possible for me to see a few close-up photos of it? If this is indeed the 19-011 then this will need to be a custom order since we don't stock a balance that matches the configuration. Just in case, can you measure the bottom fitting as shown below and tell me what you get?
