I'm looking for the correct replacement for my window. The pictures attached is the old one. There is a number stamped 2316 in the metal. It's 24 inches long.

Your balance attachments resemble the 19-041 top and either the 15-004 or 15-005 bottom shoe. This configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you. 

To further review, are you able to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. We will also need to know the exact weight of the window sash that these balances support.
