Channel Balance

A home owner from Mt Airy, MD says:
The balance is 28" (end to end). The cord has a small rectangular metal piece that wedges into shoe. Balance has 28C etched in it.

Hello,

We can't be sure without seeing the entire balance assembly fully removed from the window but what I can make out resembles the S770-28 (28C), which uses the same terminal clip at the end of the pulley cord. These balances also have a hole at the top of the channel used to attach it to the window jamb with a screw. Review the specifications shown on our product page to confirm if these balances will work for your repair. Thank you!
