Channel Balance Part

A quick learner from Saint Petersburg, FL says:

This is a clip that the channel balance engages with in my window. I don't know what to call it. Do you see these?

I just bought channel balances from you, these are in the windows for those. My order number was 1992447. I successfully installed several of the channel balances in other windows. This window would not engage as this clip was broken.
