Hello,

Your balance assembly resembles the S390-33, which uses a 1-1/8" deep bottom fitting. The 37 at the end of your stamp code indicates that you may have a 37-pound window sash. I would recommend confirming your exact sash weight and, if it is 37 pounds, you would need a 3265 strength option to support between 35-39 pounds. Take a look and thanks for posting.
