Thanks for posting. Close. A balance stamped 35-5 usually has a metal channel length (not including the end attachments) of 36". Please confirm. If so, you need either the S380-36 or S385-36. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from heel to toe. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both balances with your old one to see what matches best. For the stamp option choose 3550. Let me know if you have any questions.

A home owner from Montverde, FL says:
I rechecked the metal channel measurement (not including the end attachments)and it is definitely 35 inches. I attached the photo. The depth of the nylon shoe is 1 inch. The weight of the window is 30.5 pounds.

Based on this information and what you provided it appears to me that I need the 35" Series 380 Channel Balance Product Code: S380-35 Option 3450. Is that correct?

Thank you for all your help!

Yes, I agree! The S380-35 with a 3450 stamp should be the right size for your application.
