Channel Balance stamp

A quick learner from Sacramento says:

My channel balance matches the S385 20". The stamp does not match the options you offer. My stamp is: 19-2 FJ5 CMC 34. Can you help me select which option to purchase?

Thanks for posting. Good question. Your old balance's stamp of 19-2 should conform to the S385-20 option of 1920, which means the balance is calibrated to support a window sash in the weight range of 8 through 12 pounds. Let me know if you have further questions.
