We can supply this style of balance, but it will require a custom order to assemble for you with the 19-037 top attachment. We will also need to confirm the depth of the bottom attachment to move forward. Please see below:

Please also confirm that the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments is 29" long and how many balances you are looking to replace.
