Channel balance

I am looking for the proper replacement part. It is 27 inches long per instructions on your website on how to measure. The string inside snapped.

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance resembles our S380-27 Channel Balance. Although, to confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. It is likely to be just slightly over 1".

You'll need to check the metal channel for any stamps/marking that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window. For example, if your balance is marked with a 26-4, you would need the 2640 stamp option.

I also need to order take out clips. I measured the length and it looks like it is 1 1/4 or maybe a tad longer. Does this seem standard? Do you sell these?

Based on the description of the hardware, I believe you may need the 16-002 Take Out Clip. If your differs in design, I'll need to see a photo of the existing clip to identify the right replacement.
