I'm afraid we will need that before we can proceed. These springs are specifically calibrated to a certain sash weight range. This is usually indicated by the stamp, but yours is very strange and we weren't able to cross-reference it to any weight range. We will need you to remove the sash from the window and place it on a scale so we can calculate the proper spring strength. It's important to be as precise as possible, down to the ounce, so that we know for sure what you need.
