Need a New Channel balance and Black Component

A handy person from Destin says:
Need channel balance. See attached. 33" with a 1/2" channel

Also need the black thing :) That is screwed to the top of the window and I assume hold the channel balance in - one is broken.

Thanks for your photos, they're a huge help. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-33 or S390-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match. I'll share them below.

As for the black piece, that's called a "top sash guide." Your analysis is correct: these hold the channel balance in place while the window operates. Without it, the balance would shoot up to the top of the window track. Yours in particular appears to be a good match for our 18-019, but it will also come down to size. I'll go ahead and share those, as well.
