Channel balance assembly broken. No stamp or identification

A quick learner from Plymouth Indiana says:
My daughter's window would not open and I noticed this was broken. Trying to find a replacement set. Window is in an older manufactured house.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. This looks like a match for the Series 795 channel balance. I'm afraid we don't sell a match for the shoe but the 15-194 is the best we can offer. 

However, note that this doesn't have an open cam like your old shoe. We don't sell an open-cam version of the 15-194 but it's a place to start at least, though I can't promise it will work. The video below will show you how to swap out this type of shoe for your replacement balances.  

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.
