Channel balance, shoe and pivot bar replacements

A quick learner from Holiday Florida says:
I did send pics to this question before creating an acct so it may be a duplicate. I need to replace the channel balances, shoes and pivot bars on 4 large sized windows. From reading other questions here, I am pretty sure I need a newer option. There are no manufacturer markings anywhere on any window. All are vinyl tilt . The visible glass on the bottom sash measures 47 1/2" x 21 3/4" .. thanks christine

I thought I added more pics but must not have saved them . I'm resending..I found a sticker on my window frame and discovered they are silver line windows . All4 balances , shoes and pivot bars need replacing . The bottom s of the bottom sash are broken apart . Can I replace the bottom frame? The windows weigh 12.4 kg

Hello,

Your channel balance resembles the S795, except that yours uses the 15-195B open-cam T-lock shoe that is sold separately. With that being said, 12.4kg is equal to just over 27 pounds, which is more than our stock options can support. We should be able to supply replacements but it may need to be a custom order. To confirm, we'll need to know if your balance uses a screw clip or hook at the end of the pulley cord. We'll also need to confirm if you need 8 balances for your windows. If they are double-hung, you may need 16.

To identify your pivot bars, we would need to see an intact part removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory.

Unforutnately, our company does not carry any kind of replacement framing or sashes. Your best bet would be to reach out to the manufacturer for that part of your repair. We apologize for the inconvenience.
