Channel balances 27 4 KO Caldwell

A home owner from says:
Hello
I have some old channel balances which are marked 27 4 KO Caldwell. They are supporting a sash which is 24 lbs. I have attached some pictures of the trims of the channel balances. The metal part of the channel measured 28 inches long and 1/2 inch wide and the plastic shoe is winged and measured 1 3/32 (tried my best to measure). Based on what I see, I S350 with 28 inch length and option 2740 should be sufficient. Could you please confirm this should be okay ?
Thank you

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hello. I agree with your assessment. It looks like that top fitting lacks wings, while the bottom one has them. If so, and based on all other information provided, then the S350-28 with a 2740 stamp option seems like the correct replacement. Let me know if you have further questions.
