We can replace this balance for you, but it will have to be custom made. This looks like a Series 795 channel balance that uses a 15-224 Inverted Link Shoe, and it also has a 15-198 Hook on its top. Can you just confirm for me the length of the metal channel? Can you also tell me how many balances you need? From there we'll get this started for you.

I just sent you an email to order (10) 31" Series 795 balances, stamped 31D, and with the 15-224 Shoe and 15-198 Hook Attached. If you need a pivot shoe like the 15-216, note this is sold separately. Let me know if you have any other questions.
