For the lock, please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of either the 82-211 or 82-214B to see how they compare to your original. 

For the handle set, take a look at the 82-033 that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. The exterior handle can be adapted with the 82-310 key lock (sold separately) or we also carry the 82-306 keyed exterior handle separately.
