Coil Balance Replacement

A quick learner from Macon, Ga says:
Good Morning!

Attached are some pictures of the parts that were removed from a window at one of our properties. Can you help identify the replacement parts for this?

Thanks

Good Afternoon,

Thanks for writing in to us! Your coil balance pivot shoe reminds me of the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this is the right fit replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below to your existing shoes. There is also a heavy duty version of this shoe, part 15-191.

This shoe style is compatible with the Series 160 Coil Balance. To determine the spring strength needed to support your sash, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coil spring.

If there are no stamps/markings or they are hard to read, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. Once you have the sash weight, you'll need to divide that number by the number of coils in the window. This will give you the spring strength needed for the coils.

For example, if the sash weighs 18lbs and there are (2) coils in the window, you would need the S160-9 Coil Balance.
