Coil balancer pivot shoes

A handy person from Bradenton Florida says:

My current windows are not operating properly as the pivot shoes have broken apart. Triple coil marked with 15 on bottom coil. The 2 inner and outer sashes need coil shoe replacement. I cannot find the replacement shoes.

Please review the S140-15 coil balance as a replacement option. Compare the dimensions below to your original to confirm a good fit! Each balance can support 15 pounds of weight. Together, the total window sash weight should weigh 30 pounds.
