Coil for A186160 coil balance

A home owner from Maryland, USA says:
Can you please let me know which coil I should order for A186160 balance? The window sash weighs 19 lbs, and there is a "10" stamp on the broken coil. Thanks!

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the S170 coil springs and other related accessories, to your assembly. Please note that past customers have reported needing to shave down the nubs on the front of the 15-192 to install it but once modifications are made, they can no longer be returned. Also, I would recommend using one S170-409 coil on each side to support a 19-pound sash. Thanks for posting!
