Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the Series 140 coil balance. It appears that your cover is marked with a 4L, if so, please review the S140-4. This balance can support 4 pounds of weight. Together with the other side, the total sash weight should weigh 8 pounds. Please compare and let me know if you have any additional questions.
