Commercial hinge

Hello, looking for part # or #'s for replacement parts pivot hinge set. Primarily bottom. Threshold has broken bolts and look a like going to baba pain to remove and repair right. Plan is hoping to replace bottom pivot piece with bearing on door to get by until lease is up.
