No Stamp on my Balance?

A home owner from Florida says:

Couldnt read any part number on the balancers. They are 16 inches long

Looking for help on finding replacement plain channel balancers for a bathroom window. The top mounting hardware disintegrated so I'm not sure what hardware was for the top part. It a smaller machine screw that was throw bolted through the channel. Thanks in advance for any help.

Many thanks for your correspondence. We believe you have a Series 770 Tilt Channel Balance. We will need the length of the metal channel. If there is no stamped code on the metal channel, then we will need the weight of your window sash.

Thank you for the response. I weighed the sash and it showed it being 16lbs. This was just on a home scale though.

Thanks for getting back to us. If your Channel Balance is 16", then you should take a look at our S770-16. If your sash weighs precisely 16 lbs, then use a stamp option of 16D. Let us know if you have any questions.
