Crank replacement

A quick learner from Kansas says:
My caradco crank window will open but will not close. The screw doesn't engage when closing and comes out completely. The arm says entrygard with the numbers 20755.

Thanks for writing in. I believe this might be our 39-155 Dual-Arm Operator (the opposite-handed version is the 39-156). Just double-check to ensure the measurements below match what you have.
