Hello, thank you for posting,

Are you looking to replace only the cover of the crank operator or the full mechanism? To further review, are you able to show us a picture of the window open where we can see a bird's eye view of the arm attachment? 

Your original lock is not made anymore. Take a look at our modern 38-056 and 38-057 locks as a replacement. You would also need the 38-135 keeper. Please note that we do not know for a fact that these will work, but they are our best option. Let us know what you think!
