Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Since the spindle that connects the crank arm to the operator, you'll need to replace the entire operator. Unfortunately, this piece is not something that can be replaired.

The casement operator in the open window looks like it could be either our 39-253LB or our 39-438B, so it is likely the damaged operator is either the 39-253RB or the 39-439BThe handles and covers can be replaced with the 39-375 and 39-376 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Covers.

To confirm which of these styles is the correct replacement, take a look at the video tutorial below. Take note of the differences between each operator and compare them to your existing hardware to confirm which of these you need.
