Thank you for reaching out to us. Sure, we can certainly custom-make these balances. To outline it for you, we will use a 24" long metal channel with the 19-041 top and 15-005 bottom fitting. Your 23DS38 stamp is calibrated for a 38-pound sash so we would use the 2375 stamp which is for a sash weighing 37 to 40 pounds. 

Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to order? I can draft a price quote from there.
