Hello there. I'm confident we can help, but to be safe I'd like to check a few details. Can you send me photos of the nylon attachments on both ends of these metal channels? Removing the balances from the window is the best for this. Can you also tell me the width of the metal channels themselves? Series 800 balances are 'skinny', with a channel width of 3/8". Once we verify those details we'll do our best to move this along for you.

Thanks for getting back to me. These channel balances look 1/2" wide to my eye. You have either the Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two balance series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from heel-to-toe. See the diagram below for reference. Measure the depth of your existing balance's shoe to determine which matches best. For either the S380-12 or S385-12, choose a stamp option of 1130: for the S380-10 or S385-10, choose 0930.
