Hello,

It looks like your balance uses the 19-041 top fitting, which we can supply but it would need to be a custom order since it does not come with any of our stock balance configurations. To get started, we'll need you to confirm the exact depth of the fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel. Also, we'll need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Before placing an order, I would recommend weighing your window sash, which I suspect would be 38 pounds based on the stamp code shown in your photos. The balances we sent you a link for will support a window sash between 37-40 pounds. If yours falls outside of that range, let us know and we would be happy to send you an updated link.
