Custom window channel balance needed

A home owner from Bradenton Florida says:

Requesting 4 Window channels 35" series s380 3440 weight. I need a smaller 7/8" winged balance shoe #15-029 installed instead of the standard 1".

Also, 4 top shash guide 5/8" #18-161 without screws included in this order.

I did not include a picture of the current channel.
