Dear Sir/Madam

A home owner from Boca Raton, FL says:

I'm looking for windows parts for replacement. I need 4, 24 inches long, and 8 inches long. I measured only the metal parts, but I need the plastic parts as well. I need to know if y have them.

Thanks.

Olga

Hi, Olga.

I see that you have two balances pictured, one with a 1720 stamp and one with a 2320 stamp. Are these balances from the same window? If they're from different windows, we'll need to see pictures of the top and bottom fittings for each balance.

A home owner from Boca Raton, FL says:
These balances are from 2 diferente windows. The plastic top and Bottom are the same way, as shown in the pictures.

Thank you for clarifying! In that case, It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

For the balance stamped with "2320", you'll need to select the 2320 option.

As for the balance stamped with "1720", you'll need to select the 1720 option.
