Determine proper Tube Balance

A home owner from Pt St Lucie FL says:
The Window Balance tube is 23" long, 5/8" wide. The tube tip appears to be white.

Thanks for writing in! Your spiral balance sounds like it is our 5/8" Diameter, non-tilt balance part S500-23. Although, ours does not have a white tip.

You can likely choose the red tip option to replace your existing hardware as we do not carry a white tip. Although, you may want to double check that the weight of your sash falls between 7 to 29lbs.
