Do you have the certainteed window parts

I am at your website and noticed Certainteed sash pivot bar part number 26?353. This looks like the one identical to my picture?
Do you have the Certainteed window lock assembly like the one shown in the picture looks like part of the lock fits in that groove in the sash. Do you have the Certainteed window lock assembly like the one shown in the picture looks like part of the lock fits in that groove and the sash
Do you have the coil spring assembly and the bottom part that the sash pivot bar goes into?

Hello,

Take a look at the video below that shows the 26-175 that we recommend to replace your CertainTeed pivot bar.

As for the sash lock, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 90-161 to your lock and keeper.

As for the coil balances, see the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs. Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb. Take a look and thanks for posting!
