Hello, thank you for posting,

We should be able to help with a replacement for this style of balance. To further review, are you able to provide a clearer image of the hook attached to the balance cord? Please also provide the length of the metal channel and the number/letter stamped into the metal.

We will also need to see pictures of the top of the metal channel to confirm if it installs with a screw or a rivet and hook. If you have an undamaged version still installed where we can see this setup, that would be best!
