Thanks for reaching out to us. We can sell this balance assembly, yes, though all its components are sold separately. See our 15-180 pivot shoe and 190 coil springs to start. We also sell two covers styles: either the 15-186 for one spring, or the 15-181 for two. You may also need additional 15-182 bushings if the originals can't be reused.

Your pivot bar is unfortunately not something we sell, but you can use the 26-040 as an alternative. The design is very different but it is compatible with all the same hardware.
